The project managers of NetBoss can both work on-site and remotely assist organizations with the project management of projects that require one or more NetBoss provided solutions.
Our project managers can support organizations during the initiating phase, planning phase and execution phase. Our project managers monitor the overall progress of the project and also run the evaluation- and closing of the project as well.
Project management can be offered as a fixed price project or based on a ticketing model with a minimal 1-day project management requirement.
Training and Support
NetBoss provides organizations with training and support on our complete product portfolio.
Training is predominantly related to train system administrators and product specialists. Training can be given in a classroom type of setting or on an individual basis – on-site and off-site. Training requires a minimal of 4-hours up to 2 days when required.
NetBoss provides both preventive and corrective (SLA based) maintenance on all of our solutions delivered.
We also provide on-premise support for typical admin- and policy/compliance related services.
